The property borders a
game farm that contains rhino, elephant, leopard, lion and
buffalo (Big Five).
The following properties are situated in a Big Five Private
Reserve and are offered for sale on the open market. These
properties are situated in the eastern Lowveld of Kwa Zulu
Natal, Republic of South Africa.
The veld type is frost free unspoilt Savanna sweetveld (see
photo gallery). The general topography is gentle undulating to
hilly and is bordered in the south with a seasonal river. Other
water is supplied by means of boreholes and earth dams. Lately
the farms are supplied with purified municipal water with a
pipeline scheme from a very reliable source.
This reserve has the biggest population of black rhino of all
private properties in the whole of South Africa. A short
description with amenities of each property is given below with
accompanying photos for each property. It is situated near a big
tarred air strip and helipad on the biggest N2 tourist highway
route in KZN within a 100km from the sea, 3 hours drive from
Durban, 1½ hour drive from Richards Bay. They are situated in
close proximity to other Big 5 game reserves such as Mkuzi,
Tanda, Phinda and Hluhluwe/Umfolozi.
The farms are afforded individually or as a block of farms,
because they are all adjoining. More land could be added onto
this unit depending on negotiations. At present only four of the
big five are available in the reserve until such time that the
black rhino numbers has increased beyond the fear of harm to the
black rhino calves then lion will be introduced as well. The
protection of the black rhino breeding program is a high
priority at this stage.
All the buildings in the reserve are supplied with Escom
electricity and good potable water.
Property No 1
372ha Fairly flat to undulating Savanna Bushveld with 2
kilometer river frontage with riverine forest. Three boreholes
along the river delivering 22 000ℓ water/h and equipped with
electrical submersible pumps supply water for game drinking and
water to two neatly built houses, cottage and shed. The houses

1654,9 ha Flat to gently rolling Savanna Bushveld with 5
kilometer river frontage with riverine forest. Here again are 3
very strong boreholes delivering 20 000ℓ/h equipped with
electrical submersible pumps for game watering and household
use. The buildings consist of 2 homesteads with complimentary
sheds and labourers quarters, a lapa with swimming pool, bush
camp, cold room and ablution block. (see photo gallery). Price

Farm in extent 1 645.665ha
The land consists of beautiful undulating bushveld watered with
big earth dams and boreholes. Recently purified municipal water
was laid on. Escom power is available in all the buildings.
The buildings consist of a tastefully build lodge with chalets,
accommodating 44 beds and a big farm house which is also
registered for accommodation. See photo gallery. The property is
situated on the N2 tar road which is the main tourist route of
KZN and within 10km of a 2km long tarred air strip.

vegetation consist mainly of Savanna Bushveld. Water supply from
3 points on pipeline with purified municipal water, 5 boreholes
(3 equipped) and three earth dams. The buildings consist of 2
homesteads (can be used as lodges), labourers quarters, 2 sheds
and garages, Safari Lodge, kitchen/bar,
2 rooms en suite, 5 safari tents and small stone built shed.

1362ha. The
general topography is flat to undulating and consists mainly of
Lowveld Bushveld. The water supply is from one point on the
municipal pipe line (purified water) eight earth dams and two
capped boreholes. The buildings consist of a well built double
story homestead, hunters cottage, cold room, big shed,
slaughtering facilities, 2 Wendy houses and servants quarters.

A block of three farms, in extent 1 981ha is offered in a Big
Five Reserve within the Bushveld of Northern
Kwa Zulu Natal, RSA
They are supplied with electricity either by means of solar
panels or generator. The buildings are supplied with borehole
water. Other game watering is supplied by earth dams, boreholes
and a 3.5 km river frontage.
The buildings consist of a camp built with brick under thatch, a
double story lodge of 196m² and a farm house with complementary

820 ha is the extent of the property. 50% shares of Company to
be sold. The topography consists of rolling hills of Savannah
Bushveld. The purchaser although only buying 50% of the shares
will own half of the land, all buildings as well as a R1.2
million share in game but will have full use of the entire
property.
The other half of the share might also be bought depending on
negotiations.
Municipal water is laid on, five earth dams and four boreholes
(of which two are capped) delivering into two reservoirs and
five drinking trough makes up the water supply.
The buildings consist of a double story lodge, conference room,
a number of chalets, two houses, garages and complementary
